Moving clubs brings new opportunities and often new questions: what is the training environment like? How far is the journey to school? Who can help locally? We discuss what will change and what matters to your family.
Our advice is guided by the young player’s goals and development. Your questions and experiences as a family are part of the conversation. For under-18s, we involve parents or legal guardians.
What we discuss with you
- What footballing role suits their current stage of development?
- What is working well at their current club, and what is missing?
- How can training fit around school or vocational education?
- Who takes responsibility for which tasks when moving clubs?
- What information is still needed before making a decision?
Not every question can be answered straight away. We identify open points and discuss what needs clarifying next. Staying at the current club can also be a good decision.
How the conversation starts
Send us a short message with the club, year of birth and your main questions. The year of birth is enough for an initial discussion. We don’t need a full date of birth or identity documents at this stage.
Please don’t send medical reports with an initial enquiry. If specific documents are needed later, we’ll agree on an appropriate way to share them. Sending an initial message does not enter you into a representation agreement.

Can you promise a professional contract?
No. We give honest assessments and help explore suitable opportunities. Footballing development, club decisions and signed contracts cannot be guaranteed.
